Description
XCM-1600 monitors moisture contamination in lubricating oil online in real time. It measures water activity, dissolved water content and temperature simultaneously, helping maintenance teams continuously assess oil condition.
Continuous online monitoring reduces reliance on intermittent sampling and offline analysis. It provides timely data for filtration, condition-based maintenance and oil-change interval optimization, while reducing the risk of abnormal wear and corrosion caused by moisture contamination.
The sensor supports long-term continuous operation with lubricating oils of different viscosities and flow conditions. Applications include wind turbine gearboxes, hydraulic systems, steam turbines, transmissions and other critical lubricated equipment.
