Description
XCQM-2200 is an online multi-parameter sensor for moisture contamination in lubricating oil. It measures water activity, dissolved water, free water, dielectric constant and temperature simultaneously.
Monitoring dissolved and free water together gives a more complete picture of water ingress and supports process monitoring in oil filtration equipment. Automatic free-water calibration reduces on-site calibration work.
Continuous monitoring data helps identify oil contamination and aging trends and optimize filtration and oil-change intervals. Applications include gearboxes, hydraulic systems, steam turbines, transmissions and other critical lubricated equipment.
