Description
XCME-5 uses electromagnetic induction to detect ferromagnetic wear particles in lubrication systems online while measuring temperature. Particle concentration and accumulation trends provide early condition warnings for bearings, gearboxes and other drivetrain components.
Install the sensor at a low point in the return oil line before the filter. Its full-flow design continuously monitors metallic particles in the return oil. With no moving parts or consumables, it is suited to long-term maintenance-free operation.
The 316 stainless steel housing and high-isolation signal design suit demanding industrial environments, including wind energy, mining, marine, petrochemical, transportation, aviation and hydraulic drive equipment.
