Description
XCQM-5200 uses electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) for online condition monitoring of fire-resistant fluids, hydraulic oils and lubricating oils. It measures conductivity, dielectric constant, trace moisture, water activity and temperature simultaneously.
pS-level conductivity detection identifies quality deterioration trends such as acidification, oxidation and additive depletion. Continuous results support condition-based maintenance, optimized oil-change intervals and reduced reliance on offline analysis.
The sensor monitors both static and flowing oil, with measurements unaffected by flow velocity or viscosity. It suits critical equipment in power generation, petrochemicals, transportation, marine, aviation and motor cooling.
